1、把番茄干切碎,橄榄切碎备用,西葫芦削丝加一点盐放10mim
2、然后把上面饼需要的材料全部混合成面团 静置10min
3、把面团拿一点出来,在手上压扁,然后锅里放油,中小火第一面90s,第二面60s,一个个煎掉
4、配青酱蛋黄酱趁热吃 外皮脆脆里面软软超级好吃

【keto vegan pesto pancake 】
1 medium size zucchini
1 sun-dried tomato
10 black olive
1/2 tsp salt
130g almond flou
25g psyllium husk
olive oil
pesto sauce
mayonnaise
1/cut zucchini , tomato , olive into small pieces(I use my food processor to cut)
2/mix with almond flour and psyllium husk, it will become a soft dough(you can add more almond flour if it’s too watery )
3/sprinkle some oil on your frying pan,then take a small dough from step2,shape it like a mini pancake in your hand,then fry one side for 90s on medium low heat until you can see a little golden on the edge,then flip, 60s for another side
4/serve with pesto and mayo
